Manhattan State Bank was a commercial remodel that updated the existing entry sequence as well as the teller lines and much of the interior.  This project was done in conjunction with Deb Larson, ASID of Interior Environments, Inc.

A centralized entry added more private office space and efficiency in traffic patterns.

Awnings were added to the east facade to the existing and new windows.

New teller lines provide a more efficient traffic flow as well as added privacy.

A fireplace in the lobby provides a warm ambience for the entire bank as well as place for patrons to visit.

New cubicles were added to promote privacy for patrons.

A new sign on Broadway with a clock adds a new flair to the town of Manhattan.
